  4. Bahan-Bahan yang dibutuhkan • 200 gram beras • 3 ekorkepiting • 2 sdtgaram • 2,5 liter air kalduayam • 2 lembardaunsalam

  5. BahanPelengkap • 50 gram kacangkedelai,direndam air panas,ditiriskan,digoreng • 3 tangkaidaunketumbar,diiriskasar • 3 helaidaunbawang,diirishalus • 2 sdmbawanggoreng

  6. BahanSambal • 8 buahcabairawitmerah,diirishalus • 5 sdmkecapasin • Keduabahantersebutdiaduksampai rata

  7. CARA MEMBUAT • Rebus kepitingdengansatusendoktehgaramhinggadagingkepitingmatang, belahmenjadiempatbagian, keluarkandagingnya, sisikan. • Masukkanberasdangaramkedalam air kalduayam, masakhinggamenjadibubur yang agakkental, angkat.

  8. Ambilduasendoksayurbubur,masukkankedalammangkuk. Tambahkandagingkepitingdiatasnya. Taburidengankacangkedelai, irisandaunketumbar, daunbawang,danbawanggoreng. Sajikandenganmenambahkansambalcabairawit.
