8. Electronic Personnel Security Questionnaire Short title EPSQ
Computer based submission of investigation request.
Required for all military and civilian submissions.
Requires checks, verification and certification by Security Manager prior to submission.
9. Classified Material Control All material controlled by the Security Manager.
Maintained in approved security containers.
Amount of material is kept to minimum. 10. Protect National Secrets Keep all on-line transmissions, - e-mail, and attachments- UNCLASSIFIED.
Keep telephone conversations brief and UNCLASSIFIED.
Secure any classified material in appropriate containers.

By following these fairly simple rules.

11. Keys are issued by AECS Bowman or AWC Shaw.
Signatures are required upon issue and number of keys kept to a minimum.

Required to have anti-terrorism and area specific briefings. The Navy wants to ensure all personnel are informed with the right information prior to traveling overseas.
