INFRASTRUCTURE PVC EDGE BAND MANUFACTURING PLANT MDF MANUFACTURING PLANT E3 Manufacturing Facility, located in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, is committed to setting new industry benchmarks through the utilisation of state-of-the-art European machinery for wood chipping, wood fibre refinement, and continuous pressing. In total, our facility can produce an impressive 550 cubic metres of high-quality wood products per day. We are one of the most well-known edge band producers in the business. It is the largest of our manufacturing facilities, with a floor area of over 2 lac square feet, and is located in G. Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Its daily production capacity is 6.5 lac meters, with infinite tones, hues, patterns, and on-demand colors and sizes with dealers, distributors, and warehouses in PAN India. ACP / HPL MANUFACTURING PLANT CLADS SEAMLESS PANELS MANUFACTURING PLANT E3 is the largest manufacturer of ACP in India. Its manufacturing plants are located in Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and coming soon with a new plant in Greater Noida. With a production capacity of 4 million sq.mt. per annum, E3 is the first to establish an ACP manufacturing plant in South India. 9. ARTIFICIAL GRASS MANUFACTURING PLANT DECORATIVE LAMINATES MANUFACTURING PLANT We are the first manufacturer in India to produce laminated matching edge bands. The plant, which is 1,80,000 square feet in size and is located in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, produces 40 lac laminate sheets each year that are 100% phenolic and urea free. We aim to introduce premium, exclusive European paper laminates made in India. With new and enhanced variants, Artificial Grass has swayed the entire Indian industry. The production facility is located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, produces 15 million sq. ft. per year with more than 100 distributors in India. The yarn is made safe for children and animals using chemicals like PP and LLDPE resins. PVC LAMINATES MANUFACTURING PLANT POLYCARBONATE SHEET MANUFACTURING PLANT We are India's first and largest producer of PVC laminates. Our manufacturing facility, located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, can produce 1.5 million sheets annually with more than 500 different designer laminates throughout India. The PVC laminate brands of E3 are Sky Decor, Mozaic, and Imperia. E3 is the largest producer of polycarbonate sheets. Our Greater Noida, UP manufacturing facility produces 4500 tonnes of polycarbonate sheets each year.
