OPTIMISMO: Rasgo de la personalidad que permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos en su aspecto más favorable, viendo en un problema una oportunidad • GENEROSIDAD: Rasgo de la personalidad que lleva a considerar que un logro debe compartirse con el resto de la sociedad contribuyendo a la creación de riqueza y a la mejora de la condición de vida de su comunidad

  3. 3.HUMILDAD: Rasgo psicológico que propicia una actitud autocrítica constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente 4.EQUILIBRIO: Es la cualidad que se relaciona con la fortaleza mental y la resistencia emocional que permitirá a la persona emprendedora mantener la serenidad en situaciones de tensión, dificultad o crisis
