2. Methodology. Ipsos MORI surveyed all residential AST tenants of Dorrington Investment PLC - a total of 524 - between the 29th January and 19th March 2007. All questionnaires were accompanied by a pre-paid addressed envelope for their postal return. A prize draw was offered as an incentive to tenants to complete the questionnaire. There were nine cash prizes available in total

Over eight of ten tenants are ‘satisfied’ with their accommodation (84%), and the majority of tenants think their property is ‘value for money’ (66%)
Arim (the managing agents) also receives positive feedback from the majority of tenants with over three quarters of tenants being ‘satisfied’ with Arim (36% are ‘very satisfied’)
Nearly nine out of ten tenants would recommend Dorrington to a friend or relative (89%)
