3. Everything is on Purpose There is a reason why we do the things we do. There is a reason why there are rules and there is a reason why things are the way they are. What purposes do you see in the rules and procedures at Orchard Knob Middle School?

5. Acknowledge Every Effort We take every opportunity to acknowledge and praise every effort made by ourselves and our others (regardless of mistakes or errors). We do this in the form of positive words and actions, encouragement and support, and realizing mistakes start new learning!

6. If It’s Worth Learning, It’s Worth Celebrating We celebrate accomplishments, big and small. If it’s worth the effort of learning, it’s worth the praise and celebration!
