  2. What is it? Third-party hotel management refers to the practice of outsourcing the management of a hotel to a third-party company. This means that the owner of the hotel hires a hotel property management company ( also called a white-label operator in this case ) to handle 360-degree operations & management. This includes but is not limited to the day-to-day operations of the property, including staffing, marketing, revenue management, finance management and guest services.
