  3. CONCRETE NOUN CONCRETE NOUNS: Name nouns that are tangible. These are Nouns that can be seen, touched, heard, smelled and tasted. You use your five senses to interact with these type of NOUNS (persons ,places, animals and things).You can point to it and call it a name. Concrete nouns can be Common or Proper nouns. teacher ice-cream book Mark house food pencil computer

  5. ABSTRACT NOUNS ABSTRACT NOUNS: Names Nouns that CANNOT be identified/experienced using the five-physical senses like (smell, sight, touch, hearing or taste). You cannot see, touch, hear, smell or taste it. You may feel it (mind) or think about it. People can show or demonstrate it.
