  1. About BHEL Tenders BHEL is an acronym of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. It was established in 1964 and headquartered in New Delhi, India. BHEL releases a number of government tenders for various industry sectors starting from transportation to energy storage, every year. All BHEL tenders are issued in leading newspapers and the same is also published on their official website. Government contractors can view & download their latest BHEL tender documents and can apply through the online tendering process. 1
