What are you asking them to do for you? What are you paying (feeding) them? Are you giving them the proper tools and guidance to complete your tasks as needed? Are you praising them? Do they respect you? Your body wants to perform for you. It wants the very best for you. It gets up early, works hard for very little recognition and does it again and again every day!
