Cynthia Spalding is the Managing Partner of Spalding & Spalding. Prior to this, she was a professional attorney and worked for 23 years as workers compensation specialist for the state of California as well as for the employment development department. Here, she used to help the unemployed and disabled workers. Moreover, she gained much interest in law and decided to pursue a law degree. For being a well-known attorney, she passed the bar exam in the first attempt and began working for a firm and afterwards owned one for herself, advocating the clients.
Since 2000, she has represented over 1200 cases, including Workers Compensation Disability, Social Security Disability, and Bankruptcy. While working for the State Disability, she gained a particular insight in order to deal with the disability cases.
