He started his career as an Asst. Manager in Tapindu Urban Cooperative Bank Next To General Manager in Patna since 15 Sept 2002 worked till Dec 2004. He started his career in HDFC Bank as an Executive in Meerut Dec 2004. He became Branch Manager in HDFC Bank Moradabad in May 2008 and was Branch Manager till Sept 2008 in Moradabad. He received an opportunity as an Area Manager Sept 2008 was with till April 2009. He joined again Chief Manager Grade as Branch Manager of IndusInd Bank Moradabad new Branch in Sept 2009. He stayed 5.5 Years as a Branch Manager till Jan 2015. He was at no 1 Position 60 months at various products of the bank as CASA, NTB, CASA VALUE, MF, LIFE INSURANCE, FOREX INCOME, EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY. He was the wall of fame at IndusInd Bank. He also received ESOP at HDFC BANK and INDUSIND BANK .He loves challenging work as he Developed Indusind bank new Branch at Moradabad from 2009 to 2011 and made a profitable branch. He moved Jagdishpur Amethi to accept challenges of loss Making branch to make profitable. He also promoted as an assistant vice president 2013 and successfully delivered the expectation of Indusind bank management and was at the top in the various parameter of the bank. He again moved the next challenging role of D category branch Rukunpura Patna. He delivered 3 times of income of previous year at Both places Jagdish pur and Patna for the next 3 years of his tenure in IndusInd bank Jagdish pur and Patna. 2015 Jan was a memorable day for him. He received offers from Bandhan Microfinance since Jan 2015 of launching a bank in UP WEST UP CENTRAL and UTTARAKHAND. He developed 35 Bandhan bank Branches in UP West UP Central and Uttarakhand in his 46 months tenure in Bandhan bank approximately 4 years. He received ESOPS from Bandhan bank and also Rated 1 Highest category of rating among 50 cluster head last FY March 2018. He supervised 26 Branch Manager at Time and kept travelling for approximately 4 years. He launched all-new Branches with his own hands made strong releationship with IAS, IPS, IRS, PCS, Minister UP and Central Govt to Developed these branches and worked for the common objective of bank and Govt.<br><br><br>
