Delicious Porridge Recipe By Deena Kakaya
About Deeluscious Traditional Indian Porridge Deeluscious is an ethnically inspired, definitely spiced porridge. It is colourful and luxurious because it is abundant with fruits, nuts (such as pistachio), coconut and lots of spice, such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom and star anise. There is no other breakfast cereal like it; the flavours are inspired by popular sweet dishes from India and the Caribbean for example and there is no added sugar in them. A single wholesome thought changes the shape of the day, take in a breath of Deeluscious scent and eat your way to smiles. Deeluscious porridge contains no added sugar, is a source of fibre and iron, and will make you happy.
Beetroot Thepla/FlatbreadI love the colour and sweetness of these roll-up-and-go chapatti. My favourite way to eat them is with lashings of fresh, mild yoghurt and a touch of pickle. For the full recipe please visit here.
Apple, Yoghurt, Cardamom and Lime Pancakes Apples are juicy and good but don’t be fooled into thinking that they alone will make this dish. The light and fluffy pancakes need the sourness of yoghurt, the zesty lime and aroma of cardamom to avoid them feeling bland. For the full recipe please visit here.

Buckwheat, Banana and Passion Fruit Pancakes Breakfast The banana is chopped into small pieces rather than mashed to avoid making them heavy and the passion…it comes through. I used pure maple syrup on top, but just a few drops. For the full recipe please visit here.
