  1. HONG KONG Underrubrik

  2. Hong Kong is now part of China also in terms of legislation and with the severe side effect of all dictatorships. Abruptly violating several of human rights. They have literally entered the fog.

  3. Freedom of expression has strong protection in Sweden and is governed by two of our constitutions: Pressure Freedom Regulation (TF) Statement of Freedom of Expression (YGL). These stipulate that everyone is free to spread their opinions, to seek and receive information and that all forms of censorship are prohibited. The so-called principle of publicity gives us the right to see what politicians and authorities have in common. For example, we can request to have minutes from politicians' meetings, or mail and e-mails sent to and from our rulers. But TF and YGL also state what restrictions on freedom of expression are allowed. For example, it is forbidden by "hatred of people", which means that no one is allowed to threaten or express disrespect to anyone because of their race, skin color, creed, sexual orientation, ethnic or national origin.

  4. A bonfire 10 May 1933 in Berlin. Book fires later came to be used metaphorically by those who blame attempts to prevent the spread of certain material.

  5. In absolute freedom of speech, there is no censorship, copyright, slander or similar that can hinder the free exchange of opinions and information. One alleged quote from Voltaire is: I do not share your views but I am willing to die for your right to express them. Restrictions are therefore made that the country considers that State security is more important than the individual's freedom of expression. Spy is counted here creative creation must be protected. This is done, among other things. by patent. some statements are offensive to individuals solely because of their group affiliation. These statements can be punished. This includes annihilation denial and incitement against peoples the production is illegal and punishable. if slander can be used as a method of debate according to the freedom of speech, the freedom of speech will in practice be limited as it can act as a punishment and can prevent some from expressing their opinion.

  6. People's Republic of China Freedom of expression is protected by the 35th article in the country's constitution. However, this is limited by extensive censorship. One of the most well-known cases is how the search engine Google's image search of the massacre in Tiananmen Square is completely censored. The Chinese version of Wikipedia is also not available from China. China has also committed to kidnapping dissenting citizens, including citizens of Sweden, and bringing them to China and imprisoning them because China is exercising its dictatorship that prohibits freedom of expression. In doing so, China has violated several different human rights laws. Freedom to speak, kidnapping, attacks on citizens of other countries, interference with other countries' legislation where China's freedom of expression is restricted by being applied globally. Which is totally meaningless. China's actions can almost always appear in any "villain state". Historically, Nazi Germany is an example. Germany exercised terror across its borders and threatened other countries and their citizens. In 1933, even Nazi Germany did not kidnap the citizens of other countries to go to prison. In Sweden, there is no case where Germany as a country kidnapped a Swedish citizen in Sweden and brought it to Germany.

  7. China does not belong to the UN and the country is treated as if it were not a dictatorship. The main reason is the economic importance China has created and that affects almost all countries in the World. Since these countries, like a gray mass, lack collective civil remedies to act with sanctions, and so on, everything continues as usual. But the breach of the trend that China is now legislating so that another country's citizens whose plan intermediaries in Hong Kong can be arrested for opinions that do not fit the dictatorship of China is completely insane. Imagine the Prime Minister of Sweden condemns China's new legislation and the week after he lands in Hong Kong and then he is imprisoned by the China Dictatorship. The rest of the world (read the countries that are democracies) must act quickly. This legislation is too large a piece of meat to feed the Chinese dog. It sends completely wrong signals. England made that mistake in 1938 when they threw some countries to Nazi Germany because they believed in Adolf Hitler, an insane mass murderer.

  8. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT RESPONDING TO CHINA? YOU CAN CHOOSE NOT TO BUY ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA. VOTE WITH THE WALLET AND SHOW SOME CIVIL COURAGE!
