NO CHURN COOKIE MONSTA ICE CREAM
ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR DESSERTS—NOW EVEN BETTER! We’ve done you a solid and turned our Cookie Doughp Drops into a sweet treat you can enjoy on a hot day… or any day! This easy no- churn recipe gives you rich, creamy ice cream packed with cookie dough without needing an ice cream maker. Let’s get started! Monsta goodness—
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED 1 pint heavy whipping cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Crushed Oreos (as you like!) Chocolate syrup 1 bag Doughp Cookie Monsta Drops (find them at your local grocer HERE) Pro Tip: Chill your mixing bowl and beaters before whipping the cream for the best results!
STEP 1: WHIP THE CREAM STEP 2: MAKE THE ICE CREAM BASE In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently pour in the sweetened condensed milk. Using a spatula, fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream until fully combined. Be careful not to over-mix—stop once the cream holds its shape but is still soft and fluffy.
STEP 3: LAYER THE GOODNESS STEP 4: FREEZE & SERVE In a bread pan or another deep dish, pour ⅓ of the ice cream mixture into the bottom. Cover the pan and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight. Once set, scoop out your No Churn Cookie Monsta Ice Cream into a bowl or cone. Sprinkle a layer of crushed Oreos, ⅓ of the Doughp Drops, and a generous drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serve and enjoy every spoonful of this irresistible treat! Repeat this process twice more to create three delicious layers. Each layer adds a perfect balance of creamy, chocolatey, and cookie dough goodness!
