Knowing your Buyers • Price Buyers – customers that are forced to go for price because of limited budget • Value Buyers – customers who will pay more for their peace of mind and satisfaction • Group of buyers that goes in between – people who are made up of price buyers and value buyers
The sad truth…. • As a business owner if price is the only reason you're different, then your business model is screwed. Because there's always going to be somebody willing to do it cheaper and go out of business quicker than you. If you sell something for $10, someone's going to come along and sell it for 7.
