Tradition, legacy, romance, cultural sophistication and old money, reminiscent of a Northern coastal town. Think of Cape Cod, the Hamptons, Kennebunkport, Martha’s Vineyard. Our residents are from “old money”, established in their families and professions. A visit is most often prompted by a personal connection: visiting family, raised here, attending a wedding, etc. Others seek a romantic escape to a town that offers cultural pursuits and days lazing on the unspoiled beaches. Our town is as intimate and upscale as the property.
