Companiesthatdowelldon'tgetthatwaybychance.Theyhappenwhen peoplelearnhowtobegoodleadersandareawareofandreadytotake thestepsneededtofindinternaltalentandhelpitgrowintotheleadersoftomorrow. Thiscanleadtonewideas,perspectives,andwaysofdoingthingsthat helptheorganization. Leadershipmakesiteasierforyoutogrow. Leadershiphasadirecteffectonhowwellyourbusinessgrows.Alotof attentionispaidtotheleadersatthetopofacompany,buttheleadersin themiddleandatthefrontlinearetheoneswhohavethemostdirect effectongrowth. Supposeanorganizationonlyhasdirection,goals,andbehaviours withouttheconstant,positivetensionofpersonalcontributionand growth.Inthatcase,seniorleadersshouldtakeadvantageofthewealth ofideasfromlessseniorleaders.Asaresult,thefarmsystemneedsto beimproved,andtheflowofnewideasisstopped. Tomorrow,whatcanleadersdo? Oneofyourmaingoalsshouldbetoimproveyourabilitytolead.You needtoworkonyourleadershipskillstohelpyourselforyourcompany changeandgrow.
