About Us • G-Tek started its journey about 25 years back in process measurement with a simple theme “Record it…Control it…Perfect it.” Today we are one of the major players helping our customers monitor their vital process parameters, record them, analyze and help meet the compliance requirement. In fact, we have taken this mantra literally to every area of operations in our business. We believe that recording is the first step towards improving quality and performance. As a glimpse, we record the data of First Pass Yield (FPY) during all operations of manufacturing and quality. We take a perpetual inventory, we have daily randomized internal audit to ensure that every department and person is adhering to his/her quality objective. All these has helped us achieve more than 4σ of reliability. Our designs follow a simple rule of “Simplify to a level that DIVYANGS* can do DIVYA” – make it such user friendly – to produce, to test and finally for the customer that it is intuitive and easy to handle without making mistakes. And the testimony is, we have 10% of our employees who are deaf and mute, who work in all areas of production, QC and store. Our designs follow the Taguchi Method of Robust Design along with Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to arrive at customer needs to product features to design requirements and control parameters. It is this passion for Recording, Controlling and Perfecting that is leading us to be “Better by Performance”.

3. Circular Chart Recorder • Circular Chart Recorder comes in three sizes, 4 inch, 6 inch, 11 inch.

4. Circular Chart Recorder Series - CR4" No Display • This is the Smallest Circular chart recorders with Chart Diameter of approximately 4”. Microcontroller based design for better accuracy and reliability. CE certified. Standard DIN cutout, Panel mount recorder. Direct interface to most standard sensors. This Circular chart recorder is very useful for blood banks, incubators, ultralow temperature freezers and many more places.

5. Circular Chart Recorder Series - CR6" No Display • Where the cost is important along with the recording of data, for a single process parameter, record it with this space saving 6” Chart Recorder. Wide choice of recording range and sensor input. User configurable at site which makes our circular chart recorders a perfect fit for a unit of any size.

6. Circular Chart Recorder - CR6" 1P-2P • Record up to Two process parameters in this space saving 6” Chart Recorder Simultaneously. LED display helps view instantaneous value from distance. Alarm Relay output is available.

7. Circular Chart Recorder - CR11" 1P-2P • Record up to 2 individual process parameters. Standard 11” chart format. Cut-out designed to replace any existing chart recorder of any make. Widely used for hydro testing or pressure leak testing.

8. Circular Chart Recorder - CR11" 3P-4P • Record up to 4 individual process parameters. Standard 11” chart format. Cut-out designed to replace any existing chart recorder of any make. Very useful in understanding influence of more than 3 parameters on the process.  These Circular Chart Recorders are widely used in Tyre Curing process.

10. Inkless Recorder - CR4" • Inkless, Pressure Sensitive Recorder in 4” Chart Size. Retain data for longer period compared to thermal chart.

11. Inkless Recorder - CR6" • Inkless, Pressure Sensitive Recorder in 4” Chart Size. Retain data for longer period compared to thermal chart.

12. Storage Recorder - Datalogging CR-6 • Popular 6” Chart Size with data storage facility. Store the data with date and time stamp. Monitor the events like Door Close / Open and Mains Failure. Up to last 7 days or 14 days data can be stored. Connect using TCPIP or Serial port. Can dump the data on serial printer also.

These series of the recorder employs latest high resolution wide screen displays. With Smartphone like look and feel features that makes it very easy to operate.

Offers USB connectivity for PC. Ideal for industries prioritizing environmental conditions. Programmable and reusable loggers with direct USB connectivity.

17. Data Logger - LM Pro H • LM Pro H are easy to use portable data logger & provide affordable solution for environmental monitoring condition. It measure temperature & humidity at once. It comes with 21CFR Part 11 Compliant version. It is widely used in the field where maintaining optimal temperature & humidity is critical.

18. Data Loggers - LM-U Pro • LM-U Pro is an external sensor temperature data logger with the universal sensor- RTD/Thermocouple/process input. Ideal for pharma, blood banks & cold chain application. Data can be easily transfer to computer through USB connectivity. The device can be easily configured via software to monitor the process parameter and displaying of data for analysis and generating the report.

19. LM-XS Pro ULT • The LM-XS Pro ULT (Ultra Low Temperature) Data logger is an external sensor data logger. The RTD (Pt-100) sensor is available for extended temperature range of -200 to +200 °C. Ideal for monitoring temperature in application like blood plasma, vaccine & frozen foods. The device saves data up to 120 days. All the parameters and alarm limits can be configured using software application.

20. LM- P Pressure • The LM- P Pressure data logger is a device used to monitor & measure pressure over the time.  It is also known as differential pressure data logger with two pressure input. The device is field programmable for most common of the eight measuring units. Programming of various parameters like, unit, alarm limits, calibration parameters (zero and span), communication parameters etc. are all settable through 4 keys. It is very helpful in monitoring differential pressure especially for clean rooms.
