  3. Orit Leibovitz, principal of the elementary schools in Kfar Saba and Gila Kastiel, the schools' inspector in the city, joined the visit.

  4. Galit Zamler, who leads the issue of entrepreneurial education for children in Israel, recommended the Foreign Ministry to visit the AD Gordon School, based on the following considerations:  The school director, Gila Ben Yosef, has a clear vision of the skills that the school should impart to the students. These skills are taken from the entrepreneurial world and are essential for the students' success in life beyond the educational framework.  The school serves as a model for innovative thinking in education, makes sure to evolve and innovate, and is ready to go out of the box and challenge both the teachers and the students  The school implements the Entrepreneurship for Kids Program in practice.

  5. The students gave the guests flowers, which they prepared themselves, and which they give to children on their birthday.

  6. The members of the delegation learned about the variety of lessons taught in the schoolyard, which enable each student to express himself/herself in a way that is appropriate for him/her, and to experience different ways of expression.

  7. The guests also watched the school's dance troupe, the art class, and a discourse group

  8. Afterward, the delegation members entered a number of classrooms and watched the students learn the subjects of the curriculum using various methods tailored to each child.

  9. The students of the school have explained to guests about the relaxation room and the various projects they have learned and developed during the year

  10. At the end of the tour, we gathered in the teachers ' room and heard the student choir singing

  11. As a school that educates for entrepreneurship, representatives from different classes presented their projects to the guests, style lectures at TED. Despite the excitement, the pitches were professional and impressive, just like mature entrepreneurs, and they demonstrated to the guests how the Israeli brain is inventing patents.

  12. Efrat, a fifth-grade teacher, spoke about entrepreneurship studies in her class, how she sees her role as a figure that influences students and supports them in their development process.

  13. The school director, Gila Ben Yosef, explained that the school teaches its students that if they have a dream they can also initiate and fulfill it, so the teachers are like mentors who direct the students how to do it. The education for entrepreneurship enables the develop students who are creative, technological, problem-solving, groundbreaking, and who have flexibility thinking.

  14. Galit Zamler conducted an experiential workshop for the members of the delegation, which provoked their spirit of competition and their ability to solve problems. She then shared her experience and explained why she thinks entrepreneurship should be taught from an early age, why it should be done within schools and how to do it right.
