  1. The project: Shirt for any size The young entrepreneurs: Yair, Geffen and Shani from the "Mordei HaGeta'ot" primary school in Israel Accompanied by “Entrepreneurship for Kids” program

  2. The inspiration for Yair remembered the sci-fi movie "back to the future" which shows how the hero pushes a button enabling him to enlarge or shrink the size of his clothing. The need for the project "shirt for any size: A shirt that can be enlarged or shrunk, so when you grow up you can wear it And it can be passed to younger brothers. this idea

  4. Presenting the project and feedback Yair presented his idea before the entrepreneur leaders' class and they asked him questions to understand exactly what he meant. ? ? ? ? ? Who is the target audience of the project? How can one shirt fit all sizes? Is it one shirt with all sizes or several shirts in several sizes? What is the shirt made of? What is the goal with this shirt?

  5. Project Feasibility In light of the questions raised by the members of the group, we decided to with an expert in the field whether the idea can be realized. We arranged meeting with the Israeli fashion designer Rotem Eyal, the owner of "boo" designer clothing stores chain

  6. A meeting with fashion designer Rotem Eyal We met with Rotem and she told us how she built her business - "boo" - designer clothing, about different types of fabrics, the process of sewing clothes, the marketing etc.

  7. Approval of the feasibility of the project Yair presented the "Shirt for any size" initiative to Rotem and his peers. Rotem said that it is absolutely doable, but you need to check if there is a need for such a product

  8. Founding team Given the positive feedback to the project a "shirt to any size", Yair recruiting a team that was enthusiastic about the idea, and harnessed to execute it. The young entrepreneurs: Yair, Geffen and Shani

  9. Assistance in realization of the project The team members understood that they must meet a clothing designer and seamstress to help them in realizing the T-shirt project Orit Barashi the owner of Beresheet studio agreed to help style and sew the shirt.

  10. Meeting with the dresses designer Orit Barashi The young entrepreneurs came to the studio Beresheet and met with Orit Barashi. Together they thought about the shirt design, its functionality, its fabric, and more.

  11. The shirt is ready After hard work, decisions and changes, the "Shirt for any size" was designed and tailored

  12. A T-shirt for any size – How? Along the sleeve and down its side there are hidden snap buttons which can shrink/enlarge 2 sizes In addition, you can shrink/enlarge the shirt by two more sizes using a colorful and stylish zipper, running along the sleeve and down its side.

  13. The shirt benefits It saves the parents' money, since the shirt grows with the kid It saves room in the closet, because you don't have to buy as many clothes A reasonable price for everyone You can wear it loose and you can wear it tight

  14. HEN - The shirt’s name Yair, Geffen and Shani decided unanimously to call it HEN. Here are the reasons: HEN is the Hebrew word for beauty. The letters of HEN in Hebrew can be an acronym for "Stretching shirt" HEN is a unisex name, and so is the shirt.

  15. Proud of the project “Shirt for any size” The young entrepreneurs presented the shirt to the school teachers and ask them survey questions, in order to check if there is a demand for such a shirt.

  16. The results of the survey among teachers Every teacher, without exception, loved the idea. Some even offered to help fit and market the shirt for pregnant women, whose body changes during pregnancy.

  17. A meeting with the school principal The young entrepreneurs also met with the school principal, Ronni Shasha, they showed her the shirt and explained its advantages. Ronni loved the idea very much.

Survey among students at school The young entrepreneurs presented the shirt to a representative group of students and checked whether there is a demand among the target audience for their innovative shirt. Almost all students voted FOR the initiative - meaning they were interested in buying the shirt.

  19. Another experience Parallel to developing the "shirt for any size" initiative, a television program called "The Initiative" was aired. Yair, Geffen and Shani were invited to present the shirt project.

  20. Young entrepreneur student's parents' summed the process "The kids earned a wonderful process as well as a result. We hope for new and exciting projects next year." "The kids all gained an experience which was interesting, challenging and very developing for them. Thank you for the support and encouragement you gave the kids throughout."
