  1. “Sadot” School which educates for innovative entrepreneurship, hosted a delegation of leading educators from developing countries, on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs

"Sadot" school headed by Talmor Klos, has developed a culture of entrepreneurship which propounds on three levels: Outputs - initiatives by students, teachers and parents Skills - tools and training in entrepreneurship for teachers and students Structures – organizational infrastructures that support actions concerning the availability of information, managerial backup, decision making, etc.

  3. The young students prepared a reception for the delegation who also gave greeting cards, which they had prepared for them. Then, the school principal presented the model according to which the entrepreneurship. school educates for

  4. Each age group in the school has a unique focus on entrepreneurship 1st graders – imagination development 2nd graders – personal competence 3rd graders – teamwork 4th graders – creative thinking 5th graders – problem-solving 6th graders – responsibility and critical thinking

  5. Before the tour, students performed a humorist show displaying the four types of entrepreneurship.

  6. The delegation members were exposed to a wide range of student initiatives in the school. Here are a few of them:

  7. A memory game of Israeli inventions and developments

  8. Monopoly game on road safety

  9. Recycling for collecting bottles of deposit throughout the school

  10. Greenhouse for organic vegetables

  11. Wall games designed by the students

  12. Musical, a music area of recycled materials

  13. Relaxation area designed by students and built by parents

  14. Virtual fitness training through video clips produced by the students

  15. And much more…

  16. At "Sadot" School, both teachers and students have the freedom to offer ideas for projects. Often these ideas are also implemented, and when there is a need, parents come and help. The school believes in entrepreneurial education for the following reasons: Empower students and teachers Cultivates productivity Encourages creating change Enables for good preparation for life

  17. Following the visit, a panel was held with the participation of the school's principal, and representatives of students, teachers and parents. The panel concluded that the children had fun and interest in the school. The students have many choice opportunities and by that have a sense of ability to influence and perform a change.

  18. In the second part of the day, the delegation participated in a workshop on education for entrepreneurship within the school, led by Galit Zamler

  19. Tram Anh, from Vietnam, summed up the visit as follows: "Your workshop and the visit at the school inspired me so much, provoke my mind to a great level..."
