Preparation Take a small bowl and stir flour, granulated sugar, tea, baking powder and salt together. In a large mixing bowl, beat cocoa and butter until well mixed. Stir the eggs in and add the vanilla extract. Gradually, stir in all the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Fold in the chocolate chips and keep it to rest for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour. Make small balls out of the dough and bake them until cracked but, soft in the middle. Leave it outside for 10 minutes and then carefully transfer to a wire rack. Serve when completely cool.
