  2. Leafy Greens They contain a lot of vitamins and minerals that strengthen your tooth enamel. Leafy greens also contain folic acid, which prevents gum disease & reduces inflammation.

  3. Carrots They are a perfect natural toothbrush due to their ability to clean teeth. When combined with saliva, they help wash away food particles, plague, and stain- causing bacteria.

  4. Celery Chewing a long fibrous stalk of celery can help clean your teeth & give your gums a workout in the process. The saliva produced while chewing acts as your mouth’s self-cleaning agent.
