Here are the quick steps on how to check your remaining Google Drive storage on the web, in the app and with Insync.

How Much Space Do I Have On Google Drive? In Google Drive Google doesn’t count data coming from its services—such as Docs, Sheets, Slides and standard-resolution photos—against your storage quota but other features from the company, such as saving original-resolution photos on Photos and Gmail messages, take up space on your drives. Wondering how you can keep track of your Drive space? Here’s how. Instructions For Web Users: 1. Log into your Drive at drive.google.com 2. Your storage usage and quota will be displayed at the bottom of the menu on the left- hand side 3. If you want a more in-depth look at where your storage is going, hover over the quota to see a breakdown of your usage across all Google services.
Alternatively, you can visit this link to view your storage settings. Instructions For Mobile App Users: 1. Open the Drive app, and sign in if you haven’t already. 2. Tap on the menu icon on the upper-left hand corner of the screen. 3. Scroll down on the menu that appears, and tap on Storage. Your usage and quota will appear
Instructions For Insync Users: (Insync is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that integrates Google Drive with your computer! Check it outhere.) • Open Insync • Click on the icon of the account you want to inspect • Click on Stats on the left-hand side menu
And that's it! That's how you can view your remaining storage on the web, on your smartphone, and on Insync. Hope this will help you be more mindful of the space you have left on the cloud!
