Conclusion In view of the above, we find that the tool that we presented and offered was appreciated for the various features offered. However, one thing is for the tool to be appreciated, another is for it to be adopted. Implementing DOES will shake attitudes about transparency and the updating of information that reflect the real situation on the ground. For this decision support tool to be adopted, political will is necessary to make a development project. This means necessary deadlines/implementation deadlines, accountability for results and evaluation may be made for the effective implementation of the DOES.
