  1. So, you have decided to sell your home. Everything is scrubbed and polished until it gleams. All necessary repairs have been made and all of your furniture and belongings are packed up and waiting at your new place. Your real estate agent wants to have an open house to show off the new listing but, my goodness, the place is awfully bare and empty! That won't make for a very successful open house! What do you do? I will tell you what you do – you call a property staging company right away! Property staging is all about making your home appealing to potential buyers and an open house is the perfect opportunity for a real estate stylist to show off their expertise!

  2. A house is just a house until it is filled with the things that make it a home and, people do not shop for just a house.
