A proper weight loss management can help you in losing weight faster without harming your body.

  4. Engage in a 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity everyday, favorably at the start of the day. You won’t feel the need to join a gym or health club. • Take a brisk walk with your family members or friends in the morning and see the benefits. This is your first step to attain a healthy weight.

  5. Heart-healthy foods are weight-friendly. It is time to eat healthy and light. Gorging too much on chips, pastries and ice-creams only invite more weight, although having them once in a while is fine. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your daily diet.

  6. Eat when you are hungry and make sure that there are no long gaps between meals. Increase your water intake and avoid snacking between meals.
