  1. About Jesse Kalter My name is Jesse B. Kalter. I was born and raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. Growing up, sports were my life. Competitively playing soccer, basketball and lacrosse took up much of my youth. While an undergrad at Gettysburg College, I majored in English, developing an ability to write and express my thoughts. While in college, I also played lacrosse for one of the nation’s top collegiate lacrosse programs. From a young age athletics instilled a competitive drive in me, which can still be on display in the courtroom. After college I took a job selling casino uniforms 3,000 miles away from home in Reno, Nevada. While casino uniforms weren’t my nitch, I fell in love with Reno and discovered my passion for “pointing dogs” and chukar hunting. I took a three-year departure from Reno to obtain my law degree at Western New England University School of Law on an academic scholarship. I immediately returned to Reno after law school to begin my law career. Now with nearly 100 trials and numerous “not guilty” verdicts under my belt, I have positively established a top-notch criminal defense and personal injury law firm! I pride myself on this accomplishment and assure you that I will always take my competitive fire from the “field” and apply it to your case.
