    5. What can you buy? Small form Minitower Laptops? Monitors Other items?

    6. Time frame to purchase? 90 day window This fiscal year and into next fiscal year May – July End of semester Into next fiscal year

    7. How will you order? Web page – individual orders Purchasing – requisition Web page will indicate start and stop dates

    8. Reporting Reports on what was purchased Last year – over 2,100 computers were purchased

    9. Bid process Letter sent to IT leaders to find out what needs to be bid. Bid Awarded by: Price Support Configuration Duration

    10. Each University Can accept or reject the bid
