Issues relating to credit transfer: • Training Packages, competency based approach does not easily match higher education curricula. • Graded assessment vs. competency based. • Excessive time and resources in achieving formal credit transfer/articulation arrangements. • Maintaining current credit transfer/articulation arrangements.
