28. Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE)
PURPOSE. Provide maintenance and accountability of Pre-deployment Training Equipment (PDTE) under FORSCOM / 1st Army purview. Store, maintain, and issue equipment as directed by the 3ID G3 and/or FORSCOM G3.
KEY TASKS.
Ensure PDTE at Fort Stewart is ready for issue in support of unit training requirements prior to deployment
Store and maintain 100% accountability
Provide maintenance of the fleet
Issue IAW priorities set by the Senior Mission Commander

Medical issues and sick call that is not able to be managed by organic unit medical assets for Reserve Component personnel on Annual Training (AT) or that are mobilizing or demobilizing, will be supported by Hawks Troop Medical Clinic (HTMC), Bldg 412, located across the street from the Heritage Bank.
Sick call hours are from 0630-0730 Monday through Friday.
All necessary care will be provided to Reserve Component personnel for disease and/or injury incurred while on the AT period (including traveling to and from Fort Stewart). No elective care is authorized as treatment would be for a condition not incurred during the training period. Any prescriptions written by civilian providers will not be filled at any military pharmacy. For pre-existing medical and dental conditions symptomatic treatment may be provided and the patient will be advised to seek definitive care from his/her civilian physician. If required for symptomatic relief of chronic medical issues sufficient medications will be provided only for duration of the patients AT period.
After Duty Hours/Weekend: In case of true emergency, when the patient needs immediate care to avoid the loss of life, limb or eyesight, go to the nearest Emergency Room. On Post call 911 or use the Winn Army Hospital Emergency Room (912) 435-6666.
Annual Medical Certificates, Physicals Exams, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, Permanent Profiles, MEB and other periodic medical requirements will be completed via the units normal Reserve Component medical channels to include FED-HEALS. If a Soldier, during the AT period is injured and needs an LOD, the unit will initiate and prepare the LOD. A medical provider will fill in the medical portion.
IAW AR40-501, Unit Commanders are responsible for inspection of all personnel under their command immediately prior to AT.
32. Unit advance party will be responsible for providing the clinic with an alpha roster upon arrival. Soldiers reporting for care must have a completed sick call slip signed by their chain of command, I.D. Card, and a copy of orders.
If the unit has organic health care providers, contact Ms. Brenda Porch, Credentials Coordinator at 912-435-6933 90 days from scheduled AT to process the proper credentialing.
Requirements for providers and medics: CHCS, AHLTA, be able to input MEDPROS updates. Please contact Department Administrator for assistance.

Please do not plan or use any areas of Evans Field without coordination through the Facility Manager. This includes using it as a staging area, convoy ops, patrolling, drivers training or helicopter landings/training.
