  2. Carry out these steps how to delete archived emails in Gmail: Step : 1 Open the Gmail sign-in page or launch the Gmail app first. Step : 2 Log in with the Gmail address and password if you have logged out previously. Step : 3 Select the More icon available at the top-left corner of the screen. Step : 4 Choose the All Mail tab from the left-side panel and select the archived email you wish to delete. Step : 5 You can identify the archived emails quickly by looking at the Inbox icon.
