There might be a mistake when you forwarded the mail or something might have gone wrong when USPS forwarded your mail. • While forwarding a mail using USPS, you have to choose the correct mail forwarding form if you change your address. In general, there are three Change of Address (COA) forms such as Individual, Family, and Business. The Individual form has to be used when there is only one person in the household moving or when multiple people move to different places. The family form has to be used when everyone is within a single household having the same last name and moving to the same place. It is the simplest way to forward your family’s mail using the post office. The Business form has to be used when you change the entire organization’s address.

Most of the mails will be forwarded for 12 months, including Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and First-Class Package services.
