Trying a new sport that required endurance, strength and flexibility was a perfect way for Laura Murphy to reconnect with herself. She has developed her rock climbing skills over the years with trips to legendary rock climbing meccas such as the Yosemite Valley, Red River Gorge in Kentucky and Boulder Canyon in Colorado.
