  1. Impressionismo L’impressionismo è stato un movimento artistico, musicale, culturale e letterario sviluppatosi nella seconda metà dell’ottocento in Francia

  4. Artista Indipendente 1856: Apre il suo studio ed è ufficialmente un libero professionista. Tecnica pittorica: Riprendela tecnica realista di Courbet e si dedica molto alla pittura en-plein-air.

  5. Fine Carriera Muore: Il 6 aprile 1883 Manet amputa la gamba sinistra ma un mese dopo la sifilide lo conduce comunque alla morte. Onorificenze e Dipinti: Nel 1881 il governo francese lo insignì della Legion d’Onore; egli nella sua breve vita compose un totale di 41 opere.
