Narcissus is said to have two different sets of parents: Cephisus & Liriope /Endymion & Selene. He had no powers. When he died a flower rose up where he died. The flower was later named the Narcissus flower. It was also said that he had a twin sister who died, and after that he just looked into the water remembering her.
Narcissus in Greek mythology was a beautiful young man who fell in love with his own reflection. He was told that he would live a long life if he never saw his own reflection, but unfortunately he became callous and rejected all those who loved him. • He eventually came across his reflection in the lake and became obsessed. • As foretold, his beauty would be his downfall. • He stared into the pond until he wasted away. • The place where he died was the spot that the Narcissus flower was born.
