  1. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): CBT is a therapy that focuses on understanding the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps individuals identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, leading to healthier behaviors and improved mental well-being. CBT is effective in treating various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and phobias. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): DBT combines elements of CBT with mindfulness techniques. It aims to help individuals regulate emotions, manage distress, and improve interpersonal relationships. DBT is particularly beneficial for individuals with borderline personality disorder, self-harm behaviors, or difficulties in emotional regulation. Supportive Therapy: Supportive therapy provides individuals with a safe and empathetic space to express their thoughts and emotions. The therapist offers encouragement, validation, and guidance, fostering a supportive relationship. This type of therapy is helpful for individuals facing life transitions, grief, or seeking emotional support. Interpersonal Therapy: Interpersonal therapy focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and addressing interpersonal problems. It helps individuals develop healthier communication skills, establish boundaries, and resolve conflicts. Interpersonal therapy is beneficial for individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, social isolation, or interpersonal stressors.
