For example:
Designed and implemented induction programme for all new students to orientate them to ward, introduce staff and outline placement learning objectives ; improved integration of students into team and increased learning opportunities
Increased ward staffing establishment by one WTE RN by negotiating longer term patient benefit in return for short term investment

Identify changes for performance plan in next appraisal period
Consider what resources or policy changes would resolve major work challenges
