Program in Medical Education for the Latino Community PRIME-LC

PRIME-LC GOAL. PRIME-LC goal is to provide specialized training for future physicians, strongly committed to careers in public service, to improve the health needs of underserved Latino Communities as Latinos become the largest population group in California. PRIME-LC is a response to an increasing demand for physician-leaders, who are culturally sensitive and linguistically competent, to address specific health needs of Latinos of all ages and backgrounds .
