Step 1: Designing a Name Puzzle in the Cricut Software • Begin by navigating to the Image tab within the Cricut Design Space. • Select the rectangle shape and add it to your Canvas. • Upon adding, you'll notice that the rectangle consists of two pieces. • Proceed to ungroup them and remove the piece without rounded corners. • Ensure to rotate the rectangle as indicated in the provided image.

Head to the Text option and input your desired text. • Choose a suitable font style for your text. • Now, select your text and click on the eye icon located next to the black text version. • Position the text onto the rectangle and adjust it to fit perfectly. • Design your puzzle to your preferred size. • Subsequently, ungroup the text to separate it into two pieces.

Move the top portion, which is a gray letter, away. • Duplicate the rectangle shape. • Select both the duplicated name and rectangle, then click on Slice. • Alter the color of your second rectangle. • Duplicate your name and proceed to the • Menu option. • Ungroup the names into individual letters. • Select the rectangle containing the name and access Contour. • Lastly, use the X button on the screen to remove any unwanted elements from the cut.
