  4. MICHAEL R FOSTAKOWSKY Michael Fostakowsky is an associate attorney at Mancini & Associates. Mr. Fostakowsky’s practice focuses exclusively on Plaintiffs employment, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Mr. Fostakowsky received his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in May 2008 and was licensed in the state of California that same year. During law school, Mr. Fostakowsky clerked at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, The California Attorney General’s Office in the Energy & Corporate Responsibility section, and for a large, Plaintiffs securities litigation firm.

  5. TARA J LICATA ESQ Tara J. Licata is an associate attorney at Mancini & Associates, PLC. Mrs.Licata focuses her practice on Plaintiff’s employment law and litigation, but also handles Plaintiff’s personal injury cases and malpractice cases. Mrs. Licata received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California. While in law school, Mrs. Licata was a member of Law Review for all three years, and received The Most Oustanding Member Award in the Fall of 2007. Ms. Licata also received the Dean's Financial Scholarship for Spring 2007 to Spring 2008. In 2008, Ms. Licata was also a teaching assistant for Dean Cogan of Whitter Law School for his Constitutional Law class.
