  11. En respectant le marginal

  12. En réchauffant le sans-abri

  13. En prenant dans ses bras un enfant

  14. En semant la joie au désespéré

  15. En essuyant une larme à l’incompris

  16. En écrivant à l'oublié

  17. En embrassant une personne agée

  18. En aimant le mal-aimé

  19. En téléphonant à celui qui attend

  20. En pardonnant à l’insultant

  21. En écoutant l’autre
