6. Progress to date There is a broad consensus across the partnership organisations.
There has been variable commitment.
Coincided with the national strategy and the Darzi clinical pathways groups.
The document is a reference guide in some organisations, not all.
7. Lessons learnt There should have been a steering group.
A whole system approach was to big for all to comprehend.
There was too much information.
People have been unable to see the links between service lines.
We should have avoided service examples.
Did we allow people to continue thinking in silos?
8. Next Steps A series of meetings are planned breaking down service lines into primary and secondary care and social care.
Rationalise the pathway against the Darzi clinical pathways and the national strategy.
