Itisgenerallyrecommendedtobrushyourteeth twiceaday,beforebreakfastandafterdinner. Developingthishabitasaroutinehelpsyounot forgettobrushyourteetheveryday.Itisadvised towakeupinthemorningswishyourmouth nicelywithwaterthenbrushyourteethfor approximately2minutes.
