MMH Program Features New Chapters can be added indefinitely, regardless of format, including: • Word processing documents and “pdf’s” (Adobe Portable Document Format-read only), • Spreadsheets, • Drawing, pictures, charts, or any other image, • Talks, music, recordings, or any other sound, • Animations, video clips, movies or any other motion picture, • Programs, presentations (i.e. powerpoint) or anything else that will open on your PC.

  24. MMH Program Features Easily import and export files: Chapters can be easily exported/imported from one MMH program into another. Distributing up-to-date information to an organization can be done by email, or posting to an internet/intranet site.

  26. MMH Program Features Automatically update the MMH program and download new chapters via the Web.

  27. MMH Program Features Contains an internal word processor called Notepad: Notepad can read, edit, and save files in RTF format. Text can be formatted by altering the font, color, size, orientation, etc. And, anything saved to the clipboard can be dropped into NOTEPAD using the paste command.

  28. MMH Program Features Import Chapters from the MMH CD-ROM: Beneficial to users with limited hard drive space this feature gives you the option to put an entire chapter on your hard-drive or only add a link to the CD. The CD link only installs files needed to link MMH to chapters on the CD.

  29. MMH Program Features Search MMH chapters for Key Words. Each installed chapter is identified by a small set of key words. These may be searched to find the specific reference or set of references that meet the data requirements. Additional key words can be added in the Key Word Maintenance screen.

  31. MMH Program Features Distribute sensitive files worry free: With the ability to include ‘read only’ documents, more sensitive files, such as MSDS sheets, product data sheets, etc. can be distributed without fear of changes being made.
