  1. How to collect non-contiguous Highlighted text into one document in word 2013

  2. 1st step • Press ‘Ctrl+H’ • Click ‘Find’ tap

  3. 2nd Step • Click ‘More’ Button

  4. 3rd step • Click ‘Format’ button • Select ‘highlight’ from the pop-up menu

  5. 4th step • Click ‘Find In’ tab • Select ‘Main document’ on the pop-up menu

  6. 5th step • Select all the highlighted texts. • Press ‘Ctrl+C’

  7. 6th step • Click ‘File’ tab. • Click ‘New’ in the list option. • Click ‘Blank document’ item
