Ward Leaders’Development Programme Designed for: RNs who are Ward/Department Managers, Specialist Nurses or working at this level. Specifically designed to meet the development needs of this large and essential group within SUHT, it comprises a variety of opportunity which should all be accessed as part of an individual’s broad personal development in a role which expects much in this influential leadership position. Participation should be prioritised and identified in PDP and it is anticipated that an individual will have accessed and made full use of the entire programme within three years of attaining a Band 7 post.
