Student Conduct Process What happens if a student violates the code of conduct? Incident Report • Can be from the University Police or Residential Life Staff • Or, a report by faculty or staff (www.missouriwestern.edu/advising and go to “early intervention.” You can report either an academic issue such as missed classes or a disciplinary concern.) • Documentation of the alleged violation Conduct Hearing (Informal Disposition or Formal Hearing) • Conducted by Resident Hall Director or Campus Conduct Administrator Possible Sanctions (if found responsible) • Warning • University Probation • Suspension or Expulsion Educational Outcome (if found responsible)
