  1. More Efficient Connectivity a Positive for Properties in Pune

  2. There are various plans in the pipeline which are expected to greatly benefit real estate in Pune alongside making life for the cities inhabitants far more comfortable. Various infrastructure projects in Pune are planned to decongest traffic for the city’s residents and enable a smoother flow of traffic from disparate regions of the city. No one may say that things are not moving in the right direction when it comes to the development of infrastructure in the country. The payoff from many such infrastructure projects is likely to be several fold times the money that is invested into them over the next few years. In addition to saving a great deal of time and energy to commuters in Pune, a smoother transportation system is likely to lead to employees who are more motivated at work and who tackle challenging tasks with more energy and gusto. Efficiency in the cities transport system is likely to result in efficiency in many other regions of the economy as well while raising the price of much of the properties in Pune.

  3. Regions of Pune, currently on the outskirts of the city shall become better connected with the rest of the city via the ring road, likely leading to the construction of new projects in Pune at such locations. Further advantages shall accrue to lower energy costs in the city which shall drop tremendously due to a corridor dedicated to rapid transport within the city; such saving can be invested further into the city in the form of creating affordable housing in Pune to those who are currently residing in tenements which are not part of the official housing in the city. Further real estate developers in Pune stand to gain from tenders to aid in the creation of new infrastructure projects in the city, such new developments may consist of roads and inexpensive luxury apartments in Punefor those who carry out the work on the cities infra projects.

  4. Perhaps the greatest beneficiaries of a faster road network in Pune are likely to be those who currently live in and own luxury European cars that are built to thrill. Clearer roads and smoother traffic provides the opportunity to use such automobiles for the purpose they were created, driving such cars in much of the country is nearly sad as poor roads as well as horrible traffic can make a car that cost 2 crore seem as inapt as one which costs 2 lakhs. flats in Pune with better roads and with much of the two wheeler traffic transiting to public transport, traffic may flow nearly as easily as it does on a German Autobahn providing further impetus to buyers to buy automobiles.

  5. In the end the efficient transport of large numbers of people within the city is highly desirable in nearly all tier 1 and tier 2 cities, many may even be provided incentives to embrace public transportation as opposed to private transport resulting in savings on fuel costs and lower levels of emissions of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere. In particular young people should be inculcated to view public transportation as an ecofriendly way to travel while having fun at the same time.
